This data is anonymized, aggregated, and cannot be traced back to you. Cloudflare Web Analytics is GDPR-compliant and does not use cookies.

If you choose to email us directly at addresses we provide (e.g., info@youbuybitcoin.com, legal@youbuybitcoin.com), you are voluntarily sharing your email address and message content. This is standard email communication — not data collection via our website.

Google Fonts

We load fonts from Google Fonts. When you visit our site, your browser requests these fonts directly from Google's servers. This may result in Google learning that your IP address visited our site. Google Fonts does not use cookies.

Swap Provider APIs (ChangeNOW, SimpleSwap, FixedFloat, Exolix, SideShift)

When you use the swap rate comparison tool, your browser sends requests to third-party swap providers to fetch current rates. We do not custody funds or process swaps. If you click a swap provider link, you leave our site and are subject to their privacy policies.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Live Visitor Counter

We display an anonymous count of active visitors to foster a sense of community. This uses a random, temporary session identifier stored in your browser tab only (sessionStorage, not cookies). No personal information is collected, stored, or shared. The identifier is automatically deleted when you close the tab and expires on our server within 90 seconds of inactivity.

6. Data Storage & Security

Since we don't collect personal data via forms or tracking:

  • No database: We don't have a user database.
  • No localStorage: We don't store data in your browser.
  • No server-side tracking: Our static HTML site doesn't execute server-side code that would log individual users.

If you email us, standard email security practices apply (encrypted in transit via TLS, stored on email provider servers).

7. Children's Privacy
